Take the next step in your scuba diving adventure!
The Advanced Adventurer course is the next step in continuing your scuba diving education. During this program you will try out five different specialties and increase your certification depth to 30m!
You will complete one open water training dive per specialty, each one can contribute to the full specialty certification!
Our standard specialties are Perfect Buoyancy, Navigation, Wreck, Night and Deep!
Inclusions
- SSI Digital Kit and Certification Card
- Three shore dives
- Two Rottnest Island Boat Dives aboard Blue Destiny
Course structure (conditions dependent, subject to change)
- Friday 5:30pm - Orientation and First dive
- Saturday 7:15am - Boat dives
- Sunday 8:00am - Last two dives
Required equipment (not included)
- Mask, snorkel, fins and boots
- Slate, SMB, torch, and compass
- BCD and weights, regulator and computer, cylinder (available for hire)
Important information
- Open Water Certification required
- All participants must complete a Medical Questionnaire prior to the course and seek clearance from a medical practitioner if necessary
- Parent or guardian consent required for participants under 18 years
- Your own transport for you and your equipment is required to course locations
- Must have been diving with the last 6 months. If you haven't you can join our open water course dives in the river for free the weekend before your advanced course starts
