First Aid and CPR
All students must have proof of current first aid and CPR training within two years of doing the SSI Diver Stress and Rescue Course.

- Your Online Learning must be completed before arriving to begin your first day of this course

- Saturday - Pool Training & In Store Theory Discussion
- Sunday - Three shore dives
Required equipment (not included)
- Scuba quality mask, snorkel, fins and boots
- Pocket mask, compass, SMB and reel
- BCD and weights, wetsuit, regulator and computer, cylinder (available for hire)
Important information
- Open Water Diver Certification required
- All participants must complete a Medical Questionnaire prior to the course and seek clearance from a medical practitioner if necessary
- Parent or guardian consent required for participants under 18 years
- Your own transport for you and your equipment is required to and from course locations
