Get ready for an unforgettable two-dive afternoon/night adventure departing from Manly Boat Harbour, heading north to two of South East Queensland’s most iconic dive sites — Gotham City off Cape Moreton, followed by the breathtaking Flinders Reef.

Gotham City

Just north of Moreton Island lies one of Queensland’s most spectacular underwater landmarks. Gotham City features a massive granite monolith rising from the seabed — 15 metres tall, 40 metres long and 25 metres wide, with dramatic sheer walls dropping away on all sides. Many divers liken their first glimpse of it to a miniature underwater Uluru. As daylight fades and the night dive begins, this site truly comes alive with colour, movement and mystery.

Flinders Reef

Widely regarded as one of the best dive sites in the region, Flinders Reef delivers on every level. Explore walls, gutters, caves and pinnacles bursting with life, home to over 100 coral species including staghorn, brain and plate corals, plus vibrant soft corals, gorgonians and sponges.

Expect encounters with over 175 species of reef fish, along with invertebrates, stingrays, wobbegong sharks and even the occasional manta ray. A true highlight is the famous turtle cleaning station, where green turtles hover peacefully as cleaner wrasse and surgeonfish go to work — an unforgettable sight.

Trip Inclusions

  • BBQ & refreshments provided onboard during the surface interval

Required Equipment

Each diver must have:

  • Dive computer

  • Surface Marker Buoy (safety sausage)

  • Whistle

  • Two torches

  • Proof of certification

Diver Requirements

  • Advanced certification

  • Minimum 24 logged dives

  • Dived within the last 12 months

  • Experience diving from a boat
