HMAS Swan, named for the Swan River, was a River-class destroyer escort of the Royal Australian Navy and is now one of the largest accessible dive wrecks in the Southern Hemisphere at 113 metres long and sits at about 30 meters of depth.

This wreck is truly a spectacular site to dive with schools of bulls eye fish in many of the ship’s rooms, while blue gropers and huge sambos swim around the hull. Bat fish, blue devil and sweep are also commonly seen.

Duration: Meet at Quindalup boat ramp 8:00am (Boat departs as soon as the gear is loaded) and returns by 12:30pm

What to bring:

• Scuba equipment including two cylinders (please note, rental equipment is not included in this booking and must be organised by the diver with their preferred rental equipment provider)
• Bathers and towel
• Proof of certification
• Seasickness medications if required
